Description

Neo has changed a little since the last reference I made for him a year ago, so I made a shiny new reference sheet :D (Big Grin) Hopefully this one should last me a long time, I rarely make any kind of changes to him at all o:

A couple things to note
•No scales anywhere, Neo is a fluffy dragon! Just fur and a gecko like skin belly
•His belly doesn't go all the way down his tail, it stops 1/3 of the way
•He has two tongues, really just one, but it is split far enough back to look like two
